Plan Submittal:
- Download and review our Building Plan Submittal Checklist. Use this in developing a rough draft plan set for the proposed construction.

- Schedule a pre-development meeting. We will discuss the preliminary plans with the building official and city engineer.
- Submit plans and pay review fee(s)
- Once plans are approved, schedule a pre-construction meeting. We will discuss the construction process and any special considerations for the project.
- Apply for permits and inspections.
Deed Restrictions & HOAs
The City of Hilshire Village does not check or enforce any Deed Restrictions for subdivisions or Homeowner Associations (HOAs) in the City. It is the responsibility of the property owner or contractor to abide by any current Deed Restrictions imposed by such entities.
