AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12, ìZONING REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF HILSHIRE VILLAGE, TEXAS,î BY DELETING ALL OF SECTION 02:G-03 OF ARTICLE 02:00 THEREOF AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR NEW SECTION 02:G-03 OF ARTICLE 02:00, PROVIDING A NEW DEFINITION FOR ìDETACHED GARAGE,î ESTABLISHING A THREE (3) FOOT DISTANCE REQUIREMENT FROM THE MAIN BUILDING, AND PROVIDING STANDARDS FOR A COVERED WALKWAY BETWEEN STRUCTURES; BY DELETING ALL OF SECTION 11:07:02 OF ARTICLE 11:07 THEREOF AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR NEW SECTION 11:07:02 OF ARTICLE 11:07, ESTABLISHING A THREE (3) FOOT DISTANCE REQUIREMENT BETWEEN A RESIDENTIAL ACCESSORY BUILDING AND THE MAIN BUILDING, AND PROVIDING STANDARDS FOR A COVERED WALKWAY BETWEEN STRUCTURES; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A PENALTY IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,000 FOR EACH DAY OF VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISION HEREOF; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
